The Boathouse project consisted of the refurbishment of the 1st floor restaurant after fire damage had occurred. We had to remove and reinstate the Glulam beams, including a new standing seam roof and roof light. All new kitchen equipment, including new ducting works as well as all new Mechanical and Electrical was also installed.
